Let’s talk

What does your team need from The Space?

Share your choices and tell us about your business. We’ll help you compare licensing options and quote any customization. If you need something entirely different, ask about a ground-up purchase.

0 is fine if your team is remote or has no physical location.
Please leave out sensitive employee or customer information.
We’ll receive these choices with your request. You can change them in the workspace above.

We’ll use your details to reply by email. Nothing is sent until you submit this form. See our Privacy Policy. This doesn’t subscribe you to marketing emails.

Let’s build together

Here’s how
we get started.

Start with what your team needs. We’ll work out whether The Space fits, what should be adapted, or whether a ground-up project makes more sense.

Pricing & ownership

A product that fits.
A price you can understand.

The Space is designed as a budget-friendly starting point for small businesses. Product pricing follows the features and license option you choose. Customization is a separate one-time cost.

THE SPACE / REUSABLE PRODUCT

License the features you need.

Choose subscription access or a one-time license purchase for an agreed version and feature set. Foundation retains ownership of The Space and its code. Your business owns its data.

  • Your order lists features, users, locations and limits.
  • Custom changes are quoted as one-time work.
  • Hosting, updates and support are listed separately; a one-time license doesn’t include lifetime services.

GROUND-UP DEVELOPMENT / PURCHASE ONLY

Need an entirely new system?

We also build fully custom software from the ground up. These projects are sold, not offered on a software subscription.

  • Your agreement identifies the custom code and rights you purchase.
  • The Space, existing Foundation tools and third-party technology are excluded from that transfer.
  • Scope, payment, handover and any ongoing services are agreed separately.
Discuss a custom purchase

Ask for a feature-based quote. We’ll confirm your license price and any customization costs in writing before you commit. Ground-up projects are individually scoped and priced.

Before we talk

Questions?
Start here.

What is The Space?

The Space is Foundation Tech’s reusable, customizable team-software product. You start with a shared product rather than commissioning every part from scratch. Visit the interactive workspace or ask us for a workspace.

How is The Space priced?

Product pricing depends on the features and license option you choose. Subscription access and one-time license purchases have different terms. Requested customization adds a separately agreed one-time cost. Your proposal lists any hosting, support or update charges.

Does a one-time purchase mean we own The Space?

No. It purchases a perpetual license to use the agreed version and features, subject to the license terms. Foundation retains the product and code. It does not include indefinite hosting, support or future upgrades. Your business data remains yours.

Can The Space be customized?

Yes. We’ll discuss the change, check feasibility and quote the work separately. Product customizations remain part of Foundation’s retained software unless a separate agreement expressly says otherwise. Your data and supplied materials remain yours.

What if we need software built from scratch?

We offer ground-up development as a purchase-only project. The agreement identifies the custom deliverables and ownership rights that transfer, along with exclusions, payment and handover. We do not offer ground-up custom systems on a subscription license.

How long does setup or customization take?

We need to understand the features, changes and data involved before estimating timing. Your proposal separates product setup from customization or a ground-up build and explains the dependencies.

Are these workspaces connected to a real business?

No. The interactive examples use fictional data. They illustrate possible configurations and workflows; your order confirms what is included.

What happens when I send a request?

We’ll reply by email to understand your team and arrange a workspace. Sending a request doesn’t commit you to a purchase or subscribe you to marketing emails.
